Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Raleigh plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
