Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Providence, RI)

Cedar Ember Water Authority is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for treatment plant data. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
