Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Maple Press and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for proofing. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
