Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for tooling. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
