Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meridian Farms and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
