Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Cedar Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Minneapolis. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for packing house output. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
