Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
