Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Madison, WI)

Cedar Quill Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Madison, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people based in Madison. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
