Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Thistle Medical is a Louisville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for training materials. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
