Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for scheduling. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
