Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Ashton Foods Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
