Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production lots. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
