Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Water Authority and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
