Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Sparrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Detroit. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
