Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Des Moines, IA)

Summit Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for clinical studies. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
