Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Vale Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Des Moines. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
