Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Amber Press is a printer and publisher in Buffalo serving local and national clients, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
