Quality Inspector - final inspection (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Linden Foods is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on final inspection for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
