Quality Inspector - final inspection (Richmond, VA)

Nova Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Richmond region, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
