Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Lumen Orchard Farms is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on final inspection for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
