Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Ironwood Wren Foods produces packaged foods at its Providence plant. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
