Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Ironwood Sparrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Diego, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
