Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Cedar Field Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Boston area, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for billing accounts. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
