Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Des Moines and nearby communities. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for capital projects. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
