Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Cedar Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Richmond. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
