Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Lumen Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for grower contracts. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
