Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Cedar Ridge Manufacturing is a Richmond manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
