Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Birmingham. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production lots. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
