Quality Inspector - final inspection (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Lantern Water Authority is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on final inspection for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for capital projects. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
