Quality Inspector - final inspection (Houston, TX)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Houston. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Houston. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for test reports. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
