Quality Inspector - final inspection (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Junction Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Grand Rapids plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 783 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for tooling. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
