Quality Inspector - final inspection (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Detroit, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for clinical evaluations. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
