Quality Inspector - final inspection (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Foods and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be final inspection. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
