Quality Inspector - final inspection (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Mill Foods and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be final inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production batches. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
