Quality Inspector - final inspection (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Bright Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Charleston plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for press runs. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
