Quality Inspector - final inspection (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Water Authority and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be final inspection. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for pipe repairs. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
