Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Hollow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
