Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Solutions grows and distributes produce from farms near San Jose, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for field records. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
