Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Quarry Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Jose region, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
