Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for device records. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
