Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Harbor Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Diego, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
