Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Loom Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in San Diego. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for training materials. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
