Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Thistle Press produces print and digital publications in Sacramento, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for press runs. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
