Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Chicago with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for equipment calibration. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
