Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Northwind Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Madison producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for clinical studies. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
