Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Cedar Timber Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Savannah plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
