Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Detroit, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for certifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
