Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Ironwood Amber Manufacturing is a Cincinnati manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production lines. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
