Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Cedar Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Boston area, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for water quality. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
