Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Cedar Fern Foods Group is a Honolulu food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production batches. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
